My Responsibilities:

• I undertake to describe the item to the best of my ability within the necessary constraints of brevity imposed by the auction format.
• I undertake to present the best possible photograph of the item subject to the limitations of my equipment and my, at this stage, limited skill.
• I will, wherever possible, answer any questions on the item, its age, condition and authenticity promptly.
• I will ensure the item is despatched promptly to the winning bidder.
• I will provide appropriate feedback to bidders upon receipt of feedback for me.
• No warranty or guarantee is stated or implied.
• All sales are final unless otherwise agreed BEFORE the end of the auction.

WINNING BIDDERS:

• When you receive my email confirming your winning bid, you will email me your name and shipping address to confirm your purchase and to allow me to calculate the appropriate shipping costs.
• If I do not hear from you within five (5) days following the despatch of my email, I will assume you do not intend to honour your bid and the item may be relisted for sale and appropriate negative feedback given.

PAYMENT:

• Payment may be made via CASH (US$) or credit card payments via PayPal.
• I do not accept personal or business cheques for international transactions, Western Union or other money orders.
• My preferred method of payment is Paypal.
• Payment must be received within ten (10) days of the end of the auction.

POSTAGE / INSURANCE:

• The winning bidder will pay the actual cost of shipping.
• Insurance will be added solely at winning bidder's request.
• I do not charge a "handling" fee - all items are packed by me in the same manner as I expect to have my auction goods packed (i.e. with care and sufficient packaging materials to protect the item).
• Domestic shipping is via NZ Post or courier at the buyer's request.
• International orders are shipped via Airmail or surface mail at the buyer's request. Airmail packages from New Zealand take 4-8 days to reach America and Europe. Surface packages can take over 8 weeks.
• Items will be combined for winning bidders of one or more auctions to save on postage costs.
